REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Body Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is located at driver's side of instrument panel on the fuse/relay box and contains an 18-pin and 20-pin electrical connector. see scheme 2 Service information is not available from manufacturer.
Driver's door Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is located on driver's door and is incorporated into the power window master switch. see scheme 3 Remove screw from end of panel for driver's door ECU. (Scheme 6) Apply tape to end of screwdriver. Using screwdriver, pry upward at each clip on end of panel. (Scheme 6) Disconnect necessary electrical connector and remove driver's door ECU. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Key unlock warning switch is located on upper steering column bracket, near ignition lock cylinder. see scheme 1 Key unlock warning switch may also be referred to as unlock warning switch. It may be necessary to remove steering column for access to key unlock warning switch. See STEERING COLUMNS article in STEERING. Slide key unlock warning switch from upper steering column bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure.
