1. REMOVE FRONT ARMREST UPPER BASE PANEL . Refer to «DISASSEMBLY - Step 4»(/toyota/highlander/ii-2010-2013/remont/exterior-body-panels/#engine-hood-door-service-information)
2. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Remove the 3 screws and the power window regulator master switch assembly.

1. INSPECT POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH Check that the switch function. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. Check that the LED illuminates. Apply battery voltage to the master switch and check that the LED illuminates. OK Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) --> Terminal 3 (LED) Battery negative (-) --> Terminal 1 (E) LED illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the master switch.
