ASSEMBLY
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
- Tightening torque: 4.4 Nm (0.45 kgf-m, 3.3 ft-lb)

- Tightening torque: 7.5 Nm (0.76 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

- Connect battery positive (+) terminal to terminal No. 2, and negative (-) terminal to terminal No. 1 of main fan motor connector.
- Make sure the main fan motor operates properly. Replace it if it doesn't. (Scheme 162): Connecting Battery Positive Terminal To No. 2 & Negative Terminal To No. 1 Of Fan Motor Connector

- Disconnect battery ground cable. (Scheme 163): Disconnecting Battery Ground Cable
- Lift-up the vehicle.
- Remove under cover. (Scheme 164): Removing Under Cover
- Disconnect connector of sub fan motor. (Scheme 165): Disconnecting Sub Fan Motor Connector
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove air intake duct. (Scheme 166): Removing Air Intake Duct
- Remove bolts which hold sub fan shroud to radiator.
- Remove radiator sub fan shroud through the under side of vehicle. (Scheme 167): Removing Shroud To Radiator Bolts
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
- Tightening torque: 4.4 Nm (0.45 kgf-m, 3.3 ft-lb)
