GENERAL DRIVING CYCLE

Perform the diagnosis continuously 6 seconds after engine start while variable valve lift is being controlled.

MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT CLEAR CONDITION

  1. When the OK driving cycle is completed 3 times in a row
  2. When "Clear Memory" is performed

FAIL SAFE

None

Secondary ParametersEnable Conditions
Continuous time where all of the following conditions are met30 seconds or more
Battery voltage> 10.9 V
After fuel cut20 seconds or more
Heater currentOperation
Front lambda sensor duty > or = 35%Experienced

ENABLE CONDITION

Perform the diagnosis continuously after 50 seconds or more have passed since the engine started.

  1. When the OK driving cycle is completed 3 times in a row
  2. When "Clear Memory" is performed
  1. Front oxygen (A/F) sensor main learning compensation: Not allowed to calculate.
  2. Front oxygen (A/F) sensor sub learning compensation: Not allowed to calculate.
  3. Purge control: Not allowed to purge.

Battery voltage> or = 10.9 V

ENABLE CONDITION

Always perform the diagnosis continuously.

  1. When the OK driving cycle is completed 3 times in a row
