GAUGE ADJUSTMENTS- MAIN INSTRUMENT 2
Note. During adjustment of any gauge, the ISAT first reads the value which has been programmed into the main instrument and shows it on the display.
Note. In order to see the result of the adjustment specified in points 2-4, the ignition must be switched off when the adjustment is finished.

- SPEEDOMETER This command makes it possible to read which tire dimension the speedometer is programmed for. The replay consists of 2 values, of which the first is the number of pulses (from the ABS) which the speedometer interprets as one km and the second is the number of pulses which the odometer interprets as one km. The tire value should be as shown in «SPEEDOMETER PULSE INTERPRETATION»(ref-150392-S40207340482003040100000) table. - FUEL GAUGE There are 2 parameters to choose from, of which the first is used to move the entire tank scale up or down. Select a liter figure where the fuel gauge should show an empty tank. The range is between -10 and +10 liters with an interval of 1 liter. The other parameter is "FUEL DEAD RECON" and here you choose the number of liters at which the main instrument changes from reading the tank transmitter to using fuel pulses to calculate the amount of fuel remaining in the tank. The range is between 0 and 20 liters with an interval of 1 liter. (Scheme 11)
- TURBO GAUGE Adjustment of 2 turbo parameters. ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE: The range between 11.7-17.4 psi (81-120 kPa) in intervals of 0.44 psi (3 kPa). The marking between the White and the Yellow field. Here is stated the turbo pressure necessary in the engine for the gauge to position itself on this marking. MAX BOOST PRESSURE - The range between 21.8-33.5 psi (150-231 kPa) in intervals of 0.44 psi (3 kPa). State here the turbo pressure necessary in the engine for the gauge to position itself at the beginning of the Red marking. see scheme 105
- TEMPERATURE GAUGE Adjustment of 5 parameters. see scheme 106 LOW TEMP UPPER: The range between 86-158°F (30°-70°C) in intervals of 1.8°F(1°C). Marking between the Blue and White part of the scale. HORIZ. LOW TEMP: The range between 176°-200°F (80°-100°C) in intervals of (1.8°F) (1°C). This is the lowest temperature at which you let the needle stand in a horizontal position. HORIZ. HIGH TEMP: The range between 221°-257°F (105°-125°C) in intervals of 1.8°F (1°C). This is the highest temperature at which you let the needle stand in a horizontal position. HIGH TEMP LOW: The range between 248°-266°F (120°-130°C) in intervals of 1.8°F (1°C). The marking between the white and red part of the scale. B. PANEL TEMP: The range between 248°-266°F (120°-130°C) in intervals of 1.8°F (1°C). This is the temperature where the gauge scale lighting comes on when BLACK PANEL is activated.
Note. HIGH TEMP LOW must be higher than "HORIZ. HIGH TEMP".
