Carry out measures before dismantling the control module.

1. Remove the MCC unit by carefully pulling it out. Use «82 93 474 REMOVAL TOOL»(ref-275884-S18487896872007122900000) to remove the unit. IMPORTANT: Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight apart to avoid bending the pins. For further information regarding connectors, refer to «CONNECTORS, HANDLING AND INSPECTION»(ref-275884-S07002899182007122900000) .
2. Remove the MCC unit's connector.
3. Lift out the MCC unit.

1. Connect the MCC unit's connector.
2. Lift the MCC unit into position and fit it. Carry out measures after fitting the control module

1. Remove «GLOVE BOX»(ref-275837-S35412718882007122900000) . The air recirculation flap stepping motor is located on the fan housing's outer end.
2. Dismantle the stepping motor's connector by pressing in the lock and pulling out the connector.
3. Dismantle the air recirculation flap stepping motor.

1. Fit the air recirculation flap's stepping motor.
2. Connect the stepping motor's connector. Make sure the connector locks correctly.
3. Refit «GLOVE BOX»(ref-275837-S35412718882007122900000) .

1. Remove «GLOVE BOX»(ref-275837-S35412718882007122900000) .
2. Dismantle the screws from the air distribution flap stepping motor.
3. Dismantle the stepping motor's connector by pressing in the lock and pulling out the connector.

1. Connect the stepping motor's connector. Make sure the connector locks correctly.
2. Fit the screws on the air distribution flap stepping motor.
3. Refit «GLOVE BOX»(ref-275837-S35412718882007122900000) .

1. Remove «GLOVE BOX»(ref-275837-S35412718882007122900000) .
2. Remove «SOUND INSULATION PANEL, PASSENGER»(ref-275837-S08591073902007122900000) .
3. Remove the clip and move the ventilation fan control to the side so that is releases from the other clip.
4. Dismantle the ventilation fan control's connector
5. Lift out the ventilation fan control.

1. Insert the ventilation fan control into position.
2. Connect the ventilation fan control's connector.
3. Fit the ventilation fan control to the clips.
4. Fit «SOUND INSULATION PANEL, PASSENGER»(ref-275837-S08591073902007122900000) .
5. Refit «GLOVE BOX»(ref-275837-S35412718882007122900000) .

1. Dismantle the floor console's front side panel.
2. Dismantle «SOUND INSULATION PANEL, DRIVER»(ref-275837-S20291105042007122900000) .
3. Remove the screws from the stepping motor.
4. Dismantle the stepping motor's link arm from the heating and ventilation unit's link arm.
5. Remove the stepping motor's connector.
6. Lift out the mixed air damper's stepping motor.

1. Fit the mixed air damper's stepping motor into position.
2. Connect the stepping motor's connector.
3. Fit the stepping motor's link arm to the heating and ventilation unit's link arm.
4. Fit the screws on the stepping motor.
5. Fit «SOUND INSULATION PANEL, DRIVER»(ref-275837-S20291105042007122900000) .
6. Fit the floor console's front side panel.
