1. Position bowden cable at servomotor -1- and twist in -direction of arrow-. (Scheme 275)

1. Check gap dimensions at wing and front apron and, if necessary, adjust lid lock lower part and front lid. Refer to 50 IN Processing structural body adhesive - as of MY 2005 (All Models) . > 552215 Adjusting front lid - chapter on "adjusting"

2. Check inner release of luggage compartment (Trunk Entrapment). > 556219 Removing and installing front emergency release - chapter on "installing" [987120]

3. Install front cover (lock carrier). Refer to 70 39 19 Removing and installing cover for front lock mount - as of MY 2005 (All Models) . Refer to 70 39 19 Removing and installing cover for rear lock carrier - as of MY 2006 (Cayman S, Cayman S RHD) .
