How to Remove and Install the Ignition Module Opel Zafira B

Remove

1. 1. Remove air intake pipe – see illustration "Air Duct",
2. 2. Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) from ignition module (4).
3. 3. Detach ignition module cover (1) in direction of arrow.
4. 4. Remove ignition module mounting bolts and detach ignition module from spark plugs using KM-6009 (3),

Install

5. 5. Connect ignition module to spark plugs and attach to cylinder head – Tightening torque 8 Nm / 5.9 lbf. ft ,
6. 6. Attach ignition module cover to cylinder head cover.
7. 7. Connect wiring harness plug to ignition module.
8. 8. Install air intake pipe – see illustration "Air Duct",
