How to Replace the Ecc Control Panel Opel Zafira B

Remove

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  2. 2. Disconnect battery.
  3. 3. Remove front ashtray • Detach 1 fastening bolt (1)
  4. 4. Remove ECC controls • Detach 2 fastening bolts (2)
  1. 5. Detach wiring harness plugs of operating unit • Release the control switches (2) at the places shown (arrows) and unclip • Slide 1 wiring harness plug (1) out of guide • Release 2 wiring harness plugs and isolate electrically

Note. Panels do not have to be removed

Install

  1. 6. Attach wiring harness plugs to new operating unit • Insert 2 wiring harness plugs and lock in place • Slide 1 wiring harness plug into guide • Clip in control switches
  2. 7. Install ECC controls • Fit 2 fastening bolts
  3. 8. Install front ashtray • Fit 1 fastening bolt
  4. 9. Connect battery.
  5. 10. Carry out a function check
  6. 11. Program volatile memories
  7. 12. Close bonnet
  8. 13. Close the door
