Replace Suction Line Opel Vectra C

(Z 28 Nel / Z 28 Net)

Remove

1. 1. Remove air intake pipe (1) • Unscrew bolt (2) • Release 2x clips

2. 2. Detach auxiliary air system hose
3. 3. Remove suction line • Detach suction line from hydraulic fluid reservoir – Detach clamp (2) • Unclip suction line from charge air pipe (1) • Remove suction line from hydraulic pump – Detach clamp (3)

Note. Catch emerging hydraulic fluid!

Install

4. 4. Install suction line • Attach suction line to hydraulic pump – Attach clamp • Clip suction line to charge air pipe • Attach suction line to hydraulic fluid reservoir – Attach clamp
5. 5. Attach air intake pipe • Tighten bolt • Attach 2x clamp
6. 6. Charge and bleed hydraulic system
