Replace Hydraulic Fluid Reservoir Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove upper engine compartment cover • Unscrew oil filler neck cap • Unclip upper engine compartment cover • Screw in oil filler neck cap
2. 2. Unclip fuel line (2) and vacuum line (1) from oil reservoir

3. 3. Remove hydraulic fluid reservoir • Remove supply hose from reservoir – Detach clamp (1) • Detach return hose from reservoir – Detach clamp (3) • Remove reservoir – Unscrew bolt (2)

Note. Catch emerging hydraulic fluid!

Install

4. 4. Attach hydraulic fluid reservoir • Tighten bolt 10 Nm • Attach return hose to reservoir – Attach clamp • Attach supply hose to reservoir – Attach clamp
5. 5. Clip fuel hose and vacuum line to reservoir
6. 6. Install top engine compartment cover • Unscrew oil filler neck cap • Clip in the upper engine compartment cover • Screw in oil filler neck cap
7. 7. Charge and bleed hydraulic system
