Thermostat, Replace
Remove engine compartment cover.
Remove lower coolant hose from radiator and collect coolant.
Detach coolant hose from air intake hose.
Remove water outlet connection from thermostat housing.

Insert thermostat with new rubber seal ring.
Install water outlet connection to thermostat housing - 8 Nm/6 lbf. ft.
Route coolant hose and fasten to air intake hose.
Install lower coolant hose on radiator.
Connect engine compartment cover.
Top up and bleed cooling system.
