How to Replace the Coolant Temperature Switch Opel Senator B

Coolant Temperature Switch, Replace

The coolant temperature switch is located on the radiator. On diesel engines there is also a coolant temperature switch on the thermostat.

Illustration shows coolant temperature switch on the radiator.

Remove

Disconnect wiring harness plug from coolant temperature switch.

Screw off coolant temperature switch.

Catch the coolant which runs out.

Install

Install analogously in reverse order.

Fill with coolant and bleed cooling system.
