) Observe tightening sequence - see operation "EPS steering column - remove and install"

) Use new fastening bolts, new washers and new self-locking nuts

) Re-cut thread in steering shaft and insert bolt with locking compound

) Use new self-locking nut

) Re-cut thread and insert clamp bolt with locking compound

) Re-cut thread in axial joint, clean thread on tie rod and attach axial joint with locking compound
