Radiator, Remove and Install

Underguard - four screws and washers.
Drain engine coolant.
Reserve tank hose (6) - spring clip.
Radiator hoses (2 and 5) - use spring clamp pliers.
Fan shroud - spring clips and lift cowl (4) from lower recesses and lay over fan assembly.
Intercooler pipe from radiator clamp (1) and hoses - two bolts, clips.
Radiator clamp (1) - two bolts.
Radiator (3) - remove upwards taking care not to damage radiator core on fan blades.
| Do not lose cushion rubbers at bottom of radiator. | |||

Radiator clamp - two bolts.
Intercooler pipe to radiator clamp and hoses - two bolts, clips.
Radiator with cushion rubbers (1) in position.
Fan shroud (2) to radiator.
Radiator hoses.
Reserve tank hose to radiator.

Radiator clamp bolts - 9 Nm / 7 lbf ft.
Intercooler pipe bolts - 7 Nm / 5 lbf ft.
| Fill engine with coolant to MAX mark on reserve tank, check for leaks. | |||
