Replace Rear Mud Flap Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle

2. 2. Remove rear mud flap • Unscrew 3x bolts (1) • Remove expanding rivet (2) • Carefully separate adhesive seam (arrow) with plastic spatula • Remove mud flap

Note. Be careful not to damage the paintwork!

Install

3. 3. Clean area to be bonded on wing • Remove remaining glue
4. 4. Insert rear spacer in mud flap • Insert 3x spacers on inside of screw-fit surface (arrows) of mud flap

5. 5. Remove protective film on adhesive strip of new rear mud flap
6. 6. Install rear mud flap • Align mud flap and place in position • Press on mud flap in area of adhesive • Install expanding rivet • Tighten 3x bolts
7. 7. Lower vehicle
