Replace Temperature Sensor (Euro 4) Opel Corsa D

Warning: Observe safety regulations for gas-driven vehicles (natural gas / Liquefied Petroleum Gas LPG)

Remove

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach earth connection
  3. 3. Detach temperature sensor from coolant hose • Place collecting tray underneath • Disconnect wiring harness plug • Close 2x coolant hose (1) with hose clamp (2) • Detach 2x clamps (3) • Detach 2x coolant hose from temperature sensor (4).

Install

  1. 4. Attach temperature sensor to coolant hose • Attach 2x coolant hose to temperature sensor. • Attach 2x clamps • Detach 2x hose clamps • Connect wiring harness plug • Remove collecting pan

Note. Replace clamps.

  1. 5. Connect battery • Attach earth connection
  2. 6. Program volatile memories
  3. 7. Check coolant level and top up if required. • "Corsa-D" • Astra-H • Meriva
  4. 8. Close bonnet
