Replace Injection Module (Euro 4) Opel Corsa D

Warning: Observe safety regulations for gas-driven vehicles (natural gas / Liquefied Petroleum Gas LPG)

Warning: When working on the LPG system, the multivalve shut-off valve must be closed BY HAND. Work may only be performed by trained personnel. Faulty installation can lead to fire or explosion, which is a danger to life and limb.

Remove

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach earth connection
  3. 3. Close shut-off valve
  4. 4. Remove injector module • Separate 5x hose connections – Detach 5x clamps (1) • Disconnect 5 wiring harness plugs (2) • Unscrew 2x nut (3)

Note. When opening the first clamp, drain the residual gas to atmosphere. Note the order of the hose connections. The letters on the fuel distributor pipe do not apply.

Note. Note the order of the wiring harness plugs. The letters on the injector module do not apply.

Install

  1. 5. Install injector module • Tighten 2x nuts – Tightening torque 9.5 Nm • Connect 5x wiring harness plug • Connect 5x hose connections – Attach 5x clamps

Note. Connect wiring harness plugs in order noted. The letters on the injector module do not apply.

Note. Replace hose clamps. Connect hose connections in the order noted.

  1. 6. Open shut-off valve
  2. 7. Connect battery • Attach earth connection
  3. 8. Carry out leak test and repair any leaks
  4. 9. Program volatile memories
  5. 10. Close bonnet
