Replace Charge Air Pipe to Intercooler Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator
2. 2. Detach charge air hose (1) from turbocharger to charge air pipe • Release clamp

3. 3. Detach charge air pipe from catalytic converter • Unscrew 2 nuts
4. 4. Raise vehicle all the way
5. 5. Remove charge air hose (1) from intercooler • Release clamp

Install

6. 6. Attach charge air hose to intercooler • Fasten clamp
7. 7. Lower vehicle all the way
8. 8. Attach charge air pipe to catalytic converter • Tighten 2 nuts
9. 9. Attach charge air hose to turbocharger • Tighten clamp
10. 10. Install radiator
