There are two temperature sensors (one temperature sensor for the footwell and one for the headroom) located in the air distributor housing. The temperature sensors (1 – symbolic representation) measure the temperature of the out-flowing air in the vent nozzles for the footwell and headroom. The ECC generates the preset headroom temperature based on the input quantity and the currently selected speed of the fan motor as well as the measured values of the sun sensor.
