Drop Arm Remove and Install Opel Campo I

Steering Linkage 3 illustrations

Remove

Centre tie rod from drop arm – split pin and nut; use Puller KM-787.

Remove

Drop arm from steering gear – use Puller KM-786-A.

Install

Drop arm to steering gear – set steering gear in straight ahead position and align master splines on sector shaft and arm (arrowed).

Nut 216 Nm to steering gear – lock with new split pin.

Install

Centre tie rod to drop arm – nut 98 Nm; lock with new split pin.

Adjust

Toe-in and turn angles – see operations "Toe-in Adjust" and "Turn Angles Adjust" in group E.
