The three part steel folding roof, which is lowered into the luggage compartment in the convertible position, can be raised by 25 cm (arrows) by pressing and holding the switch (1) until it reaches the final position at the left upper side of the inner panelling, lower rear panel. This makes it easier to load the luggage compartment.
During this the flaps on the luggage compartment lid are retracted and the parcel shelf is placed in an upright position, as a consequence of which the steel folding roof can be raised. To lower the steel folding roof, the switch is pressed and held again until the steel folding roof has reached its initial position.
