| Cause: | Faulty intake manifold spacer has been installed in production. |
| Production: | No changes in production because engine production has expired by 30. September 2010. |
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint check the intake manifold spacer and replace it if necessary.
Working Procedure:
1. Perform visual check on the intake manifold spacer (Picture I and II)
- No stamping = Part OK
- O-Stamping = Part NOK
2. Replace the intake manifold spacer if a O is stamped.
