Wiper & Washer: Overhaul Nissan Note E12

DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove front wiper drive assembly. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-675631-S23641355152014120500000) ".
2. Remove wiper linkage 1 and 2 from the front wiper drive. CAUTION: Do not bend the linkage or damage the plastic part of the ball joint when removing the wiper linkage.
3. Remove screws and wiper motor from front wiper drive.

ASSEMBLY

1. Install wiper motor screws and wiper motor to front wiper drive.
2. Install wiper linkage 2 to the front wiper drive. CAUTION: Do not drop wiper motor or cause it to come into contact with other parts. Be careful of the grease condition at the wiper motor and wiper linkage joint (retainer). Apply a suitable multi-purpose grease if necessary.
3. Install wiper linkage 1 to the wiper motor and the front wiper drive.
4. Install front wiper drive assembly. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-675631-S23641355152014120500000) ".
