Removal and Installation of Audio Unit

Refer to CENTER STACK ASSEMBLY .

  1. Remove cluster lid D. Refer to «CLUSTER LID D»(ref-233659-S16700258672006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws.
  3. Carefully release tabs and remove AV switch.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove door finisher. Refer to «FRONT DOOR»(ref-233645-S10413610252006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws and remove speaker.
  3. Disconnect connector.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove door finisher. Refer to «REAR DOOR»(ref-233645-S02919106042006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws and remove speaker.
  3. Disconnect connector.

  1. Remove door finisher. Refer to «FRONT DOOR»(ref-233645-S10413610252006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws and remove tweeter.
  3. Disconnect connector.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove rear parcel shelf finisher. Refer to «REAR PARCEL SHELF FINISHER»(ref-233645-S01487947742006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws.
  3. Lift subwoofer out and disconnect connector.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Lower upper trunk finisher. Refer to «TRUNK ROOM TRIM & TRUNK LID FINISHER»(ref-233645-S18452263062006052600000) .
  2. Disconnect connector.
  3. Remove screws.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove rear parcel shelf finisher. Refer to «REAR PARCEL SHELF FINISHER»(ref-233645-S01487947742006052600000) .
  2. Lower upper trunk finisher. Refer to «TRUNK ROOM TRIM & TRUNK LID FINISHER»(ref-233645-S18452263062006052600000) .
  3. Disconnect connector.
  4. Remove screws. CAUTION: Carefully support the amp. when removing screws.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Lower upper trunk finisher. Refer to «TRUNK ROOM TRIM & TRUNK LID FINISHER»(ref-233645-S18452263062006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws and disconnect connectors to remove BOSE speaker amp. from underside of rear parcel shelf.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove steering wheel. Refer to «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-233655-S27118854372006052600000) .
  2. Remove horn switch screws and remove horn switch.
  3. Remove steering wheel rear cover screws and remove steering wheel rear cover.
  4. Remove steering wheel switch assembly screws and steering wheel switches.
  5. Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Removal and Installation of Display Unit

Refer to CENTER STACK ASSEMBLY .

Removal and Installation of AV Switch

Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION FOR AV SWITCH .

REMOVAL

CAUTIONTo avoid damage, eject map DVD-ROM before removing the NAVI control unit.

  1. Remove center stack. Refer to «Center Stack Assembly»(ref-233659-S23449832072006052600000) .
  2. Remove screws and remove remaining bracket.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
