- Remove main silencer and presilencer. Remove Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC). Remove transverse member and front pipe. EGR pipe. Disconnect exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold. Remove exhaust manifold heat insulator. Remove retaining bolts, nuts, exhaust manifold and gasket.
- To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW exhaust manifold gasket. Tighten bolts in correct sequence. (Scheme 7) Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-98839-S35879678022001053000000).
