DESCRIPTION
The solar vent system performs the following functions
- Solar Vent Mode - Ventilates passenger compartment while vehicle is parked in direct sunlight.
- Manual Exhaust Mode - Exhausts passenger compartment air to free vehicle of cigarette smoke and other odors.
- Battery Charge Mode - Provides trickle charge to vehicle battery when other modes are not in operation.
Solar vent system components include a solar cell, solar ventilation switch, ambient temperature switch, 2 ventilation fans, and Solar Ventilation Control Module (SVCM). See COMPONENT LOCATIONS .
