COMBINATION SWITCH DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

CAUTIONIf the disc on the combination switch is deformed or has foreign material adhering to it, performance of the steering angle sensor may be reduced, causing abnormal operation. Do not remove the clock spring except when replacing the combination switch.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait 1 min or more .

Steering wheel (See «STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WITHOUT ADVANCED KEYLESS ENTRY AND PUSH BUTTON START SYSTEM]»(ref-448619-S01292366382012012000000) .)   3. Remove the combination switch. (See «COMBINATION SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-448651-S19122248902012012000000) .)
  4. Remove the screws shown in the illustrations, then pull the light switch, and the wiper and washer switch in the direction of the arrow respectively to remove them.
  5. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
