Steering Column (Service Information): Overhaul Lexus LX J200 рестайлинг

REASSEMBLY [01/2012 - ]

1. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL BOSS LOWER COVER Attach the 2 claws to install the lower cover and install the 2 screws.
2. INSTALL STEERING PAD COVER Install the steering pad cover with the 4 screws.
3. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/ Steering Heater) See step 1
4. INSTALL STEERING SHAKE DAMPER Install the steering shake damper with the 2 screws.
5. INSTALL CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH Install the cruise control main switch with the 2 screws. Connect the connector.

Scheme 47

1. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY Align the matchmarks on the steering wheel assembly and steering main shaft assembly. Install the steering wheel assembly set nut. Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf)
2. INSTALL STEERING PAD . Refer to «INSTALLATION [01/2012 - ] - Step 1»(ref-603953-S08724268482014031100000)
3. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER . Refer to «INSTALLATION [01/2012 - ] - Step 3»(ref-603953-S08724268482014031100000)
4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 3 STEERING WHEEL COVER . Refer to «INSTALLATION [01/2012 - ] - Step 2»(ref-603953-S08724268482014031100000)
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE: Reset the AUTO TILT AWAY function setting to the previous condition by changing the customize parameter. Refer to «CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS [01/2012 - ]»(ref-603789-S08892113382014031100000) . When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to «INITIALIZATION [01/2012 - ]»(ref-603789-S23769828912014031100000) .
6. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT Check the SRS warning light. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [01/2012 - ]»(ref-603958-S25467978352014031100000) .
