PROCEDURE

  1. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (FRONT AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO MOTOR) Use the Data List to check if the servo motor is functioning properly. AIR CONDITIONER Tester Display Measurement Item/Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note Air Mix Servo Targ Pulse (P) Front air mix damper servo motor (for front passenger side) target pulse / Min.: 8, Max.: 90 MAX COOL: 8 (pulse) MAX HOT: 90 (pulse) - OK The display is as specified in the normal condition. NG --> See step 2 OK --> See step 5
  2. REPLACE FRONT AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO MOTOR Replace the front air mix damper servo motor (for front passenger side). Refer to «DISASSEMBLY»(ref-385194-S30073628532011021400000) . HINT: Since the servo motor cannot be inspected while it is removed from the vehicle, replace the servo motor with a normal one. NEXT: Go to next step
  3. CHECK FOR DTC Clear the DTCs. Refer to «DTC CHECK / CLEAR»(ref-385206-S26008362402011021400000) . Check for DTCs. Refer to «DTC CHECK / CLEAR»(ref-385206-S26008362402011021400000) . OK DTC B1441 is not output. NG --> See step 6 OK --> See step 4
  4. REPLACE FRONT AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO MOTOR. Refer to «DISASSEMBLY»(ref-385194-S30073628532011021400000)
  5. REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY. Refer to «REMOVAL»(ref-385194-S11934742822011021400000)
  6. REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY. Refer to «DISASSEMBLY»(ref-385194-S30073628532011021400000)

  2. REPLACE REC/FRS DAMPER SERVO MOTOR Replace the REC/FRS damper servo motor. Refer to «DISASSEMBLY»(ref-385194-S36727465752011021400000) . HINT: Since the servo motor cannot be inspected while it is removed from the vehicle, replace the servo motor with a normal one. NEXT: Go to next step
