- INDICATOR CHECK Press and hold the A/C control AUTO switch and Recirculation/Fresh switch simultaneously, and turn the engine switch on (IG). Continue holding the 2 switches until the panel diagnosis mode begins. Check that all indicators turn on and off 4 times in succession at 1 second intervals. HINT: After the indicator check is completed, the system enters the DTC mode automatically. Press the "OFF" switch to cancel the indicator check.

Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant discharge hose. NOTE: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
- DISCONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant liquid tube from the cooler condenser. NOTE: When loosening the bolt, do not allow any tools to contact the tube. When loosening the bolt, hold a part of the tube near the connector. Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid tube. NOTE: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

- CONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY Remove the attached vinyl tape from the tube and the connecting part of the cooler condenser. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint. Compressor oil: ND-OIL 8 or equivalent Install the O-ring to the cooler refrigerant liquid tube. Install the cooler refrigerant liquid tube to the cooler condenser with the bolt. Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) NOTE: When tightening the bolt, do not allow any tools to contact the tube. When tightening the bolt, hold a part of the tube near the connector.
- CONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY Remove the attached vinyl tape from the hose and the connecting part of the cooler condenser. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the hose joint. Compressor oil: ND-OIL 8 or equivalent Install the O-ring to the cooler refrigerant discharge hose. Install the cooler refrigerant discharge hose to the cooler condenser with the bolt. Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) NOTE: When tightening the bolt, do not allow any tools to contact the hose. When tightening the bolt, hold a part of the hose near the connector.
- INSTALL RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT Attach the wire harness to the upper support with the 5 clamps. Install the upper support with the 5 bolts. Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) Attach the 2 clamps to the radiator support LH and RH side. Connect the 3 connectors.

- INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER Install the cover with the 3 screws and attach the claw.
- INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Install the sensor with the 3 bolts. Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) Connect the connector.

Attach the 6 claws to install the front bumper cover as shown in the illustration. HINT: Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side. Attach the clip to install the bumper seal bracket. HINT: Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side. Install the 8 screws.
- INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Install the 2 clips.
