Connect the (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the (-) lead to terminal 18. Check that the personal light comes on. Standard voltage SPECIFIED CONDITION AND TESTER CONNECTION Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition R8-1 (RRMP) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V If the result is not as specified, repair or replace wire harness or connector. Connect the (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the (-) lead to terminal 3. Check that the personal light comes on. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 4WD) Disconnect the connector. Remove the bolt. Remove the 2 bolts and front height control sensor sub-assembly.
REMOVE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUBASSEMBLY Disengage the clamp and disconnect the connector. Put matchmarks on the rear height control sensor link and bracket. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and rear height control sensor sub-assembly.

Install the rear height control sensor sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and nut. Torque: Bolt 14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf) Nut 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) Install the clamp. Connect the connector.
