This code will be set if any of the power window switches is stuck or if there is a problem with any of the wires which connect to the power window master switch, each power window ECU, and each power window switch.

- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (LIN COMMUNICATION) Disconnect the power window regulator master switch and power window ECU connectors. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. Standard resistance Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I5-16 (LIN2) - I4-9 (LIN) Always Below 1 ohms I5-17 (LIN1) - H5-9 (LIN) Always Below 1 ohms I5-17 (LIN1) - K3-9 (LIN) Always Below 1 ohms I5-17 (LIN1) - J3-9 (LIN) Always Below 1 ohms I5-16 (LIN2) - Body ground Always 10 kohms or higher I5-17 (LIN1) - Body ground Always 10 kohms or higher NG --> REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR OK: Go to next step

Note. When using Techstream to troubleshoot the LIN communication line: Connect Techstream to the vehicle, and turn the courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the tester and vehicle begins.
