BRAKE FLUID LEVEL
Verify that fluid level in reservoir is between Max and Min lines on reservoir.
Add fluid if it is below Min

- Follow procedure outlined in air bleeding.
- Continue bleeding and replacing the brake fluid until only clean fluid is expelled.
- Fill reservoir to Max level.

- With engine off, depress the pedal a few times.
- Start engine.
- If pedal moves downward immediately after engine starts; it will be an indication for operation of power brake unit.

- Start engine.
- Stop engine after 1 or 2 minutes.
- Depress pedal with usual force.
- If first pedal stroke is long and second stroke is shorter than first stroke, it will be an indication for operation of power brake unit.
- If a problem is found, inspect check valve or vacuum hose for damage and examine installation. Repair if necessary, and recheck.
