  1. Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE") & Vehicle "STOP".
  2. Connect GDS and select "DTC Analysis" mode.
  3. Click "DTC Status" on the menu bar to view DTC information.
  4. Confirm that the "DTC Readiness Flag" indicates "COMPLETED". If not, drive the vehicle within conditions noted in Freeze Frame Data or Enable Conditions.
  5. Read the "DTC Status" parameter.
  6. Is parameter displayed "Present fault"? YES Go to Next procedure. NO Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or Control module's connector or was repaired and Control module's memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Monitoring with a DVOM on min/max or VMI while wiggling connectors may help find the problem. Any change in voltage indicate a possible problem. Repair or replace as necessary and go to " «VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR»(ref-675170-S14930065252014120400000) " procedure.

Non-compliance with the following instructions can induce death or injury caused by electric shock.

  1. Carefully read and follow service manual instructions.
  2. Wear insulated gloves, safety glasses and use insulated tools for your safety.
  3. Turn the ignition switch off and Disconnect ground cable of auxiliary battery and Remove the safety plug.
  4. Wait for more than 5 minutes so that the inverter capacitor can be naturally discharged.
  5. Check high voltage terminal on Power Relay Assembly is lower than 30V.
  6. Perform Resolver adaptation after the HPCU or the Driver Motor or the Generator(HSG) is replaced or reinstalled.
  7. When replaced HPCU, Perform air bleeding for HPCU with GDS.
