There is no hands free jack. This system supports Bluetooth (wireless system).
General Features
- This audio system supports Bluetooth® hands-free and stereo-headset features. HANDS-FREE feature: Making or receiving calls wirelessly. STEREO-HEADSET feature: Playing music from cellular phones (that supports A2DP feature) wirelessly. NOTE: The phone must be paired to the system before using Bluetooth® features. Only one selected (connected) cellular phone can be used with the system at a time. Some phones are not fully compatible with this system.

Inspection

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the driver airbag module. (Refer to " «DRIVER AIRBAG (DAB) MODULE AND CLOCK SPRING»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/airbag/#airbag-modules-clock-spring) ")
- Remove the steering wheel. (Refer to " «STEERING COLUMN AND SHAFT»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/electronic-steering/#electric-power-steering) ")
- Remove the steering wheel cover (A) after loosening the screws.
- Loosen the screws after disconnecting the steering wheel remote control switch connector (A).
- Remove the handsfree remote control switches (A).

Installation
- Install the remote control switch on the steering wheel.
- Install the steering wheel.
- Reconnect the remote control switch connector and airbag connectors. NOTE: Make sure that the switch connector is plugged in properly.
- Install the driver airbag module.
- Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Separate the handsfree mic (A) from the roof trim.
- Remove the handsfree mic (B) after disconnecting the handsfree mic connector (A).
- Check the continuity of Mic between terminals.
