DTC P1106: BARO Sensor Range/Performance Problem Honda Pilot I

  1. Reset the PCM (see «HOW TO RESET THE PCM»(ref-173995-S09390407622005041500000) ).
  2. Start the engine. Hold the engine at 3,000 rpm with no load (in Park or neutral) until the radiator fan comes on, then let it idle.
  3. Test-drive with the shift lever in 2.
  4. Accelerate for 5 seconds using wide open throttle.
  5. Check for a Temporary DTC with the scan tool or the HDS. Is Temporary DTC P1106 indicated? YES -Substitute a known-good PCM and recheck (see «HOW TO SUBSTITUTE THE PCM FOR TESTING»(ref-173995-S22023424662005041500000) ). If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original PCM. NO -Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time.
