DTC P0325: KNOCK SENSOR (KS) CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION Honda CR-V I рестайлинг

  1. Perform PCM reset procedure. See SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - INTRODUCTION article. Start engine and run at 3000 RPM with no loads and transmission in Park or Neutral until radiator fan comes on. Allow engine to idle. Increase and hold engine speed at 3000-4000 RPM for at least 60 seconds. If DTC P0325 is indicated, go to next step. If DTC P0325 is not indicated, problem is intermittent. System is okay at this time (test drive may be necessary). Check for poor connections or loose wires at KS and PCM connectors. See appropriate wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS article. Repair as necessary.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect KS connector. Using backprobe set, check for continuity between ground and PCM 31-pin connector "C" terminal No. 3 (Red/Blue wire). (Схема №3) If continuity does not exist, go to next step. If continuity exists, repair short in Red/Blue wire between PCM 31-pin connector "C" terminal No. 3 and KS. See appropriate wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
  3. Check for continuity in Red/Blue wire between PCM 31-pin connector "C" terminal No. 3 and KS connector terminal. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Red/Blue wire between PCM and KS. See appropriate wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS article. If continuity exists, substitute a known-good KS and recheck. If DTC P0325 is not indicated, replace original KS. If DTC P0325 is indicated, substitute a known-good PCM and recheck. See SUBSTITUTING PCM in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - INTRODUCTION article. If symptom or indication goes away, replace original PCM.
