Crankcase Capacity

On all engines, oil capacity is 6.0 qts. (5.7L) with filter change.

(1) Install, tighten, remove and discard original bolt to ensure proper damper installation. See CRANKSHAFT DAMPER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. (2) Use NEW M11 bolts (1-10). Tighten bolts in sequence. (Схема №3) (3) Tighten bolts to 22 ft. lbs. (30 N.m). Begin with center bolt (11) and alternating side-to-side, work outward tightening all of the bolts. (4) Tighten to 89 INCH lbs. (10 N.m). (5) Tighten bolts in sequence. (Схема №12) (6) Tighten bolts and studs in sequence. (Схема №23) (7) Tighten bolts in sequence. See VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT under ADJUSTMENTS. (8) Tighten bolts in sequence. (Схема №1)
