Cylinder Block Geo Tracker I

  1. Using feeler gauge and straightedge, check cylinder block head surface warpage. If warpage exceeds specification, correct as necessary. See «CYLINDER BLOCK»(ref-49003-S40186560602001011500000) table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS.
  2. Check cylinder bore wear and taper. Cylinder bore diameter is measured 2" (50 mm) and 4.13" (105 mm) from top of cylinder bore. Different sized cylinder bores are used.
  3. Cylinder bore can be identified by "1" or "2" stamped on deck surface in accordance with cylinder location. (Схема №7) Bore cylinder block if taper exceeds specification. See «CYLINDER BLOCK»(ref-49003-S40186560602001011500000) table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS.
