Roof Opening Panel Alignment

1. Place a suitable 1.0 - 1.2 mm (0.04 - 0.05 in) thick, 150 mm (5.9 in) long plastic spacer between the rear edge of the roof opening panel glass and the roof panel opening.
2. Adjust the rear edge of the roof opening panel glass. Loosen the 4 roof opening panel glass screws. Push the rear edge up or down to give the correct alignment (0.0-1.0 mm [0.00-0.04 in]).
3. Tighten the 2 rear roof opening panel glass screws. Tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
4. Adjust the front edge of the roof opening panel glass. Push the front edge up or down to give the correct alignment (0.0-1.0 mm [0.00-0.04 in]).
5. Tighten the 2 front roof opening panel glass screws. Tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).

7. Operate the roof opening panel and check the alignment.
8. Check the roof opening panel seal for wind noise and water leaks.
