Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

1. Disconnect the accelerator cable. Remove the accelerator retaining clip. Disconnect the accelerator cable.
2. Detach the accelerator cable from the throttle body bracket. Rotate the cable counterclockwise. Detach the accelerator cable.
3. Detach the accelerator cable from the throttle body bracket. Rotate the cable counterclockwise. Detach the accelerator cable.
4. Disconnect the accelerator cable. Rotate the throttle body linkage clockwise. Detach the accelerator cable from the throttle body linkage.
5. Remove the footwell trim panel.
6. Disconnect the accelerator cable and pedal grommet from the pedal.
7. Attach a draw cord to the accelerator cable to assist with installation.
8. Remove the accelerator cable.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

1. Detach the hose, remove the screw and the pin-type retainer. Remove the snow shield.
2. Remove the clip and disconnect the cable.
3. Rotate the cable counterclockwise and detach it from the throttle body bracket.
4. Detach the cable from the retainer clip.
5. Detach the cable from the retainer clips.
6. Remove the footwell trim panel.
7. Disconnect the accelerator cable pedal grommet from the accelerator pedal.
8. Attach a draw cord to the accelerator cable to assist with installation. Remove the accelerator cable.
9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
