Verify the customer concern by operating the windshield wiper and washer system to duplicate the condition.
Visually inspect for the following obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage. VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Cycle and park the windshield wipers.
Verify that the distance between the center of the RH windshield wiper blade (17528) and the cowl top vent panel is within specification.
Verify that the distance between the center of the LH windshield wiper blade and the cowl top vent panel is within specification.
If the distance is not within specification, remove the windshield wiper pivot arm (17526) that is not within specification and reposition it to specification; refer to «PIVOT ARM»(ref-210211-S42834647822005121400000)
