Removal & Installation

1. For front door glass and regulator removal procedures, follow numbered steps in illustration. (Scheme 1)
2. For front door glass installation procedures, follow the numbered steps in the illustration in reverse order.
3. Numbered steps with arrows, in illustration refer to service points to observe while removing and installing front door glass and regulator. Arrows pointing AWAY from each other refer to service points to be observed while performing that step of the removal procedure. Arrows pointing TOWARDS each other refer to service points to be observed while performing that step of the installation procedure.

1. Step 1 Remove front door trim panel. See «FRONT DOOR TRIM & WATERPROOF FILM»(ref-150554-S16306548692002111800000).
2. Step 2 Lower the door glass to the access hole position. (Scheme 2) Remove the glass installation screws from the front window regulator assembly. When removing the glass mounting screws, support the glass to avoid dropping it. Remove the front door window glass by pulling upward. (Scheme 3)
3. Step 4 Remove window regulator installation bolt. Rmove regulator from access hole in door panel. (Scheme 4)Remove power window motor from regulator assembly.

1. Step 4 Apply a coating of MOPAR Multipurpose Grease (Part No. 2932524) or equivalent to the front window regulator. Tighten the front window regulator bolts in sequence. (Scheme 5)
2. Step 2 Tighten front door window glass in the correct sequence. (Scheme 6)Adjust door glass. See «DOOR WINDOW GLASS»(ref-150554-S41134652962003063000000) under ADJUSTMENTS.

1. Step 8 If clip remains in mounting hole provided in door, fabricate a tool and remove it. (Scheme 8)

1. Step 12 Apply MOPAR 3/16" Rope Caulk Sealer (Part No. 4026044) or equivalent at the position shown, and then attach the waterproof film. (Scheme 9)

1. Step 1 Remove rear door trim and waterproof film. See «REAR DOOR TRIM & WATERPROOF FILM»(ref-150554-S32615524442002111800000).
2. Step 2 Lower door glass to access hole position. Loosen rear door center sash attaching screws. (Scheme 11)Remove glass installation screws from rear window regulator assembly. (Scheme 12) Remove rear door window glass by pulling it upward.
3. Step 4 Remove rear window regulator installation bolt. (Scheme 13) Remove regulator from access hole in door panel.Remove power window motor from rear window regulator.
4. Step 5 To remove rear door center sash, remove portion of door outer opening weatherstrip (Scheme 14) Remove rear door center sash bolts. See.
5. Step 6 If necessary, remove stationary window glass with weatherstrip by pulling it toward the front for the vehicle.

1. Step 4 Apply coating of MOPAR Multipurpose Grease (Part No. 2932524) or equivalent to rear window regulator. Tighten window regulator in sequence (Scheme 16)
2. Step 2 Tighten rear window glass in correct sequence. (Scheme 17)Adjust window glass. See «DOOR WINDOW GLASS»(ref-150554-S41134652962003063000000) under ADJUSTMENTS.
3. Step 1 Install rear door trim and waterproof film.
