- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Raise vehicle and support.
- Remove the right rear tire.
- Remove the inner splash shield.
- Disconnect the EVAP line.
- Unlock and disconnect electrical connector.
- Remove mounting nut.
- Slide assembly forward off of rear mounting brackets.
- Disconnect vapor lines from EVAP canister.
- Squeeze connector and pull.
- Make sure that you do not lose the rubber mounts in canister brackets.
- Remove mounting nuts from canister.
- Remove vapor canister from bracket.
Scheme 6
- Install canister to bracket and tighten nuts.
- Connect hoses to vapor canister.
- Install rubber isolator in canister brackets.
- Slide canister brackets with rubber isolators onto mounting brackets.
- Install assembly mounting nut.
- Connect electrical connector.
- Connect the EVAP line.
- Install the inner splash shield.
- Install tire.
- Lower vehicle.
- Connect negative battery cable.
