Stripping
Removing - refitting: FRONT BENCHSEAT
Covered backrest cushion
Unclip (as "a")
Remove the head restraints (1)
Remove
- The (4) bolt
- The seat belt stalk (3)
Detach: the seat belt (2)
Remove
- Bolts (5)
- Pyrotechnic seat belt unit (6)
Unclip the rear casing fasteners on the front benchseat frame (as "c"); using a flat screwdriver
Detach the lower part of the rear casing (as "b") to access the head restraint guides
Unclip the head restraint guides (7) (as "d") (as per arrows)
Remove: the head restraint guides (7)
Unclip the covered backrest cushion (8) fasteners (as "e"); using a flat screwdriver
Remove the covered backrest cushion (8) (following the arrows)
Unclip the cardboard strengthener (9) (as "f")
Release the elastic straps of the cardboard strengthener (9) (as "g")
Remove the cardboard strengthener (9)
Remove bolts (11)
Disengage the front seat belt reel (10)
Disconnect the connector (as "h")
Remove the seat belt reel (10)
Covered seat cushion
Release the latches at "j", "k"; using a flat screwdriver
Remove the covered seat cushion (12) (following the arrows)
Remove
- The bolts (14)
- The electrical harness and mounting assembly (13)
Re-assembling
Carry out the re-trim operations in the reverse order to the stripping operations
Pre-tighten the bolts (4), (11) to 3 ± 0,3 daNm
Check that the electrical equipment is working correctly
