Re-assembling

Refit

• The flywheel (1)
• The bolts (2) (screws pre-coated with LOCTITE FRENETANCH)

Insert the flywheel stop [1]

Tighten the bolts (2) (in the order indicated)

Centre on the flywheel; using tool [2]

• The clutch disc (3)
• The clutch mechanism (4)

Tighten the bolts (5)

Remove the tool [2]

Refit the inlet camshaft dephaser cap (6)

Fit the cap

Refit

• The cylinder head covers (7)
• The timing housings (8)

Refit

• The exhaust manifold seal (9)
• The exhaust manifold (10)
• The 10 nuts (11)

Fit the new rubber seals to the inlet manifold

Refit the inlet manifold (12)

Tighten

• The 5 nuts (13)
• The 2 bolts (14)

Refit

• The sparking plugs
• The lifting plates (15)
• The air pressure sensor (16)
• The camshaft position sensor (17)

Refit

• The piloting electrovalve (18)
• The thermostat (19)

Refit the compact coil block (20)

Refit the oil gauge guide tube (21) (sealing on the cylinder block with adhesive sealant RECTIJOINT)

Refit

• The oxygen sensor (23)
• The heat shield (22)

Refit

• The oil filter bracket (24) (tighten the bolts (26))
• The oil pressure switch (25)
• The electric oil gauge (27) (according to equipment)

Refit

• The centralising pins (28)
• The alternator support (29)
• The air conditioning compressor support (30)

Tighten the bolts (31)

Refit

• The roller tensioner (33)
• The ancillary drive pulley (35)

Tighten

• The (32) bolt
• The bolts (34)
• The screws of the accessories drive pulley

Refit

• The alternator (36)
• The air-conditioning compressor (37)

Tighten

• The 4 alternator fixing bolts
• The 4 screws fixing the air conditioning compressor support

Refit the intermediate engine support (38)

Tighten the bolts (39)

Refit the ancillary belt (see the relevant operation)
