  1. Install the engine support fixture. Refer to «Engine Support Fixture»(ref-636500-S28245195062014070700000) .
  2. Observe the engine mount while raising the engine. Raising the engine removes the weight from the engine mount and creates slight tension on the rubber.
  3. Replace the engine mount if the engine mount exhibits any of the following conditions: The hard rubber is covered with heat check cracks. The rubber is separated from the metal plate of the engine mount. The rubber is split through the center of the engine mount.
  4. For engine mount replacement, refer to «Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side»(ref-636500-S41847144872014070700000) .
  5. For rear transmission mount replacement, refer to «Transmission Rear Mount Replacement»(ref-636531-S22651770512014070700000) .
  6. For left transmission mount replacement, refer to «Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side»(ref-636531-S41246263242014070700000) .

Preliminary Procedures Remove the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side . Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement . Disconnect and reposition the drive motor battery coolant cooler inlet hose assembly as needed. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Inlet Hose Assembly Replacement .
1Engine Mount Bracket Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: This component uses torque-to-yield bolts. When servicing this component do not reuse the bolts, New torque-to-yield bolts must be installed. Reusing used torque-to-yield bolts will not provide proper bolt torque and clamp load. Failure to install NEW torque-to-yield bolts may lead to engine damage. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Raise and lower the engine as needed to access the bolts. Hand start then tighten all three engine mount bracket fasteners in sequence as labeled 1,2,3. Tighten First Pass: 60 (44 lb ft) Final Pass: Tighten the bolt an additional 45-60 degrees.

CAUTION
This component uses torque-to-yield bolts. When servicing this component do not reuse the bolts, New torque-to-yield bolts must be installed.
