11 23 010 Removing and installing/renewing vibration damper (M57T2-SCR)

Necessary preliminary work

Remove fan cowl. See «17 11 035 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FAN COWL WITH ELECTRIC FAN (M57T2)»(ref-381165-S23167308982010122800000) .
Remove alternator «DRIVE BELT»(ref-391513-S25882767462011033100000)

Move special tool 11 8 183 to gearbox (HP 26).

Detach exhaust bracket (1) from gearbox.

Fit special tool 11 8 183 and 11 8 182 at gearbox bolts (2).

Adjust special tool 11 8 182 at flywheel spline (3).

Release screws (1).

Remove vibration damper (2).

Tightening torque, see 11 23 2AZ in 11 23 VIBRATION DAMPER .

Installation note

Replace screws.

Tighten screws crosswise.
