Assembling

  1. Insert thrust washer union with transmission fluid.
  2. Insert both large differential bevel gears and secure (e.g. with flanged shaft).

  1. Insert small differential bevel gears at 180 ° offset and swing in by rotating on one of the two flanged shafts.
  2. Drive differential planetary gear axle into final position and secure with spring pin.

  1. Press ball bearing into cover.
  2. Secure with large circlip.

  2. Secure with small circlip.
